In order to make comparisons:

To say something is "more" (taller, more fun, etc.) ARrow plus (adjective) que
To say something is "less" Arrow moins (adjective) que
To say something is "as (tall) as" Arrow aussi (adjective) que

 

Take care that since we are dealing with adjectives, we have to pay attention to the gender and number of the adjective.

Do the following homework activity and submit it to your teacher. Be sure to use complete sentences to do the work and use what you have learned in this course. Write 5 pairs of original sentences in French about the animals you have learned in this lesson. In the first sentence of each pair, use an adjective to describe the animal. In the second sentence of the pair, compare that same animal to another, saying that he is more, less, or the same as the other. Ce devoir vaut 20 Points.
