ACCESS Student Orientation Assurance Agreement
Annually, each school needs to print off the ACCESS Student Orientation Assurance Agreement and sign it assuring that each enrolled ACCESS student will have completed the ACCESS Student Orientation course prior to beginning course work. Keep this on file for compliance monitoring.
