Bioflavonoids
Function
Bioflavonoids are referred to as vitamin P but are not technically vitamins. However, they are essential for vitamin C absorption and they should be taken together. There are many different bioflavonoids. Examples are citrin, eriodictyol, flavones, hesperetin, hesperidin quercetin, quecetrin, and rutin.

Peppers, buckwheat, black currants, citrus fruits, apricots, berries, grapes, and rose hips.
