Le Projet In this Unit, your project is going to be another personal project. You will prepare an essay/photo essay talking about your typical day. You will talk about your school day and the way it is organized, what times you go to classes and in what order, what you do in each course, what items you need, what part of the school you go for to each course. You may include pictures in your essay, but it is not a requirement. You will produce an essay of about 200 words. This project is to be written in French.

Ecrivons As we begin to wind down the unit, let's see how we are doing. Answer the questions in complete sentences in French and then click on each one to see a sample correct answer. Your answers may vary some. If you have problems in some of these, you will want to go back through the unit to find that section to get some additional practice.
D'autres mots apparentés
We have been learning about words that are known as cognates. These are words that look alike in two languages and share the same meaning.
The cognates we are going to learn in this unit end in -ic in English. Generally, these words just end in -ique in French. Look at the examples.
Table de Communication Go to the discussion area and submit a posting asking at least four questions using this unit's vocabulary, talking about sports and activities in French. While you are there, take time to respond to two posts by some other student. If there are no other posts at this point, visit the area later to respond to two questions. This assignment is worth 16 points.
