Introduction

Have you ever had food poisoning? You may have and not even have recognized it. Because the symptoms can be subtle, you don't always end up in the hospital - most people don't. However, the same food that got one person a little sick can make a child or elderly person very sick. It is for this reason we should be aware of how to treat our food to prevent illness.

  • List major foodborne pathogens with food sources and symptoms
