Task #3
You will complete this workout two times.
Complete the following multi-part workout.
- Make sure that your total workout time is 45 minutes. This includes 5 minutes of jogging, 10 minutes of stretching followed by 10 minutes of continuous jumping rope, and 15 minutes of jogging. Then, complete 5 minutes of cooldown exercises.
- Warm-Up Jog: 5 minutes
- Warm-Up Stretching: Complete the 10-minute stretching routine.
- Jump Rope: Jump continuously for 10 minutes. You may choose to jump over a rope on the ground or you may choose any style of single rope jumping for this warm up.
- Jog: 15 minutes of continuous jogging (or walk if you can’t jog for 15 minutes).
- Cooldown: Complete 5 minutes of stretching using the stretches from the warm-up routine. Stretch for 30 seconds on each side.
You will complete this workout two times.

You will record the following information:
- What time did you exercise?
- How far did you walk and/or jog?
- What was your heart rate and were you in your heart rate zone?
- What stretching exercises did you choose?
- How did you feel after completing the flexibility and jump rope exercises?
You will also answer some questions concerning your feelings about your workouts.
