Flexibility refers to the ability to move a joint or a series of joints through a full range of motion.

  • Identify the benefits of performing flexibility exercises and of being flexible.
  • Perform a workout for 45 continuous minutes.
  • Demonstrate how long you can jump rope.
  • Perform warm-up and cooldown activities in daily workouts.
  • Demonstrate correct use of stretching techniques.
