Task #3
You will complete this workout two times.
Complete the following Walking/Jogging and Stretching workout.
- Make sure that your total workout time is 35 minutes. This includes 15 minutes of walking, 10 minutes of fast walking or jogging, and 10 minutes of stretching.
- Walking/Jogging: Walk for 15 minutes and fast walk or jog for 10 minutes.
- Stretching: Complete 10 minutes of stretching. You may choose any combination of stretches from our lesson. The rules are:
- You cannot bounce while you stretch.
- You must hold each stretch for thirty seconds on each side.
- You must start at the top of your body and move down to your feet.
- You must stretch the entire body.
- Record the stretches you choose to do.
You will complete this workout two times.
Download and complete 1.02 Activity Log.
You will record the following information:
- How far you walked/jogged?
- How did you feel after the workout?
- What was your heart rate directly after finishing the workout?
- Were you in your heart rate zone?
- The stretching exercises you chose?
You will also answer some questions concerning your feelings about your workouts.
Submit the completed log to the 1.02 Activity Log Dropbox.
