5.01 Past Tense with Avoir Discussion

1. Write three (3) sentences about what happened yesterday.
2. Use different subjects (je, tu, il, elle, nous, vous, ils, elles).
3. Use a verb from each of the three regular verb groups.
4. Include an appropriate image.
5. Provide a translation of the sentences.
6. Submit your work to the 5.01 Past Tense with Avoir Discussion.

-IR Verb
J'ai choisi une robe pour ma fille.

I chose a dress for my daughter.

-ER Verb
Ils ont mangé le dîner.

They ate diner.

-RE Verb
Nous avons vendu la maison.

We sold the house.
