Introduction

What do you want to be when you grow up? How many times have you been asked that question? Wouldn't it be great if you could get a dollar for each time you've answered that question?

If you're like most people, you started off with a limited knowledge of potential careers. Most little kids know about fire fighters, teachers, doctors, and whatever their parent's career is.

As you got a little older you became aware that the doctor you wanted to be is called a pediatrician, and there's even a doctor for pets called a veterinarian, but if you're like most teenagers you still aren't aware of many potential careers.

In this lesson, you will take an assessment that will identify careers that match your interests, your skills, and what's important to you. Then, you will do some in-depth research about one specific career.
