The reflexive pronoun will always come right after the subject which comes right after the verb in first position in a simple question as in the examples above. Schau dir diese Beispiele an. Look at these examples which are somewhat different cases, but not a new concept to us.
When we use two verbs/auxiliary and second verb, the reflexive pronoun needs to change to reflect the subject. The pronoun comes right after the first/the auxiliary but still before the reflexive verb that appears in final position. An die Arbeit!
