RömerturmRömerturm
The "Limes", the former Roman borderline, stretched from the Rhine river at Koblenz to the Danube south of Regensburg. Besides the Great Wall in China, the Limes was the most powerful defense system of the world: 500 km long, with 900 watchtowers and 60 fortifications. The picture shows the only reconstruction of a Roman watchtower in Bavaria.

More about Reflexive verbsKey Concept
We have learned about reflexives in affirmative and in negative sentences. Let's look at them in questions.

Legt Robert sich früh schlafen oder spät? Robert legt sich spät schlafen.
Erhebst du dich früh oder spät? Ich erhebe mich früh.

The reflexive pronoun will always come right after the subject which comes right after the verb in first position in a simple question as in the examples above.

Schau dir diese Beispiele an. Look at these examples which are somewhat different cases, but not a new concept to us.

Will Robert sich früh oder spät schlafenlegen? Robert will sich spät schlafenlegen.
Musst du dich früh oder spät erheben? Ich muss mich früh erheben.

When we use two verbs/auxiliary and second verb, the reflexive pronoun needs to change to reflect the subject. The pronoun comes right after the first/the auxiliary but still before the reflexive verb that appears in final position.
