The Reagan administration endured numerous challenges during Reagan's time in office. Faced with a weak economy, Reagan implemented deep tax cuts to help revitalize the stagnant economy. Threatened by communist and terrorist threats abroad, Reagan responded with a strong showing of U.S. force and military might.
