Create 5.02 Family Tree with you, your parents or guardians, your siblings (if any), and your grandparents.

Complete 5.02 Family Tree Questions.

Submit both your family tree PDF and the completed 5.02 Family Tree Questions to the 5.02 Family Tree Dropbox.

You may use Family Echo in order to create a clearer family tree if you wish. Follow these instructions:

  1. Type your first name in the space labeled Given Names.
  2. Type your last name in the space labeled Surname Now
  3. Choose a Gender if you wish. If you do not your space will be white instead of blue or pink.
  4. Click Add Parents.
  5. Enter your mother's information:
    1. Given name = first name
    2. Surname now = married last name
    3. Surname at birth = last name when born if different
  6. Click OK and now enter your father's information.
  7. Now, you can click other buttons to brothers, sisters, other parents.
  8. When you have added all the information you wish to add, click the Print Tree button at the bottom of the screen.
  9. Then choose Download PDF on the left.
  10. The PDF will download. Save it to your computer.

It is time to create a survey.

Download and complete 5.02 Survey Brainstorm.

When you have finished, submit it to the 5.02 Survey Brainstorm Dropbox.
