Make sure to complete the four components of the Alabama Physical Fitness Assessment. Because this is practice, you can do these activities on your own. This will be further outlined in your physical activity lesson for the week.

Compare your scores to the Performance Range Chart. See which zone you are in for each practice activity.

  • N - Needs Improvement
  • H - Healthy Fitness Zone
  • HFZ - High Fitness Zone

After completing the practice activities, complete 6.01 Your Fitness Test. Submit your completed work to the 6.01 Your Fitness Test Dropbox.
