Introduction

Now that you have learned to say various foods and beverages, the next step is to talk about serving these items. When setting the table and serving the meal, you will need items such as plates, knives, and forks. In this lesson, you will learn basic vocabulary words associated with the dinner table. You will also learn to conjugate the irregular verbs mettre (to put) and prendre (to take).
