Task 1
Complete 1.10 Collage. Submit your completed work to the 1.10 Collage Dropbox.
For this task, you will:
- Create a collage in Part 1. When your collage has been created, you should take a photo of it or scan it. Save the file as a .jpg file and name it FirstnameLastnameCollage.jpg (for example, JaneDoeCollage.jpg). Submit this image to the 1.10 Collage Dropbox.
- Complete the Collage Checklist in Part 2 on the task document. Therefore, you will also submit the task document to the 1.10 Collage Dropbox.
Task 2
Complete 1.10 Collage Reflection. Submit your completed work to the 1.10 Collage Reflection Dropbox.
To complete this task, you will:
- First, share your completed collage. Submit the .jpg file of your collage creation to the 1.10 Collage Reflection Discussion. You may also share your work with others, such as your facilitator, parents, siblings, and/or friends.
After you have submitted your work to the discussion board, look at your classmates' collages. Try and guess what past experience(s), family event(s), or specifics about his or her personal identity are shown by each collage; write your thoughts as a comment on at least 3 students' posts.
If you share your collage with someone face-to-face (off discussion board), see if he or she can guess what past experience, family event, or information about your personal identity are depicted on your collage. - Then, complete the reflection questions in Part 2 about your experience.
