Research the macro-minerals that are profiled at the links listed below. As you read:
- Pay particular attention to the minerals calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium and their food sources.
- Become acquainted with which foods are most abundant with each of these.
- Evaluate which macro-minerals can be found in the same food such as calcium and magnesium or calcium and phosphorus, etc.
