Your job or your career choice is something to consider for your future, but you also have to think about the employer that you will be working for. What values would you consider to be the most important of a future employer? When looking for an employer with a positive outlook and professional values, it often can be identified using the mission statement and/or philosophy published for the corporation.
First, you should consider what your values and goals might be personally. Have you ever considered what characteristics others identify with you from your actions, personality and demeanor? What do you see as the most valuable characteristic about yourself? Often the two are not the same.
