Assuming you are interviewing for a professional position, you should wear a conservative suit. As a teenager, you could relax the standards a little bit, still following the "basic" rules.
Note: If you don’t know what is expected about how to dress, look at the other employees, and ASK. There’s no harm in confirming in your mind what is expected.
