Introduction

Do you ever think about what your life will be like as an adult? It won't be very long until you are out on your own.

Some things will change and some things will remain the same. There will be successes and failures, periods of crisis and stability, and periods of joy and sadness.

Adulthood can be a time when a person matures fully into what he or she is meant to be, or it can be a time when life closes in because of choices made and opportunities lost. How each you react depends on your preparations, circumstances, personality, and general outlook on life.
