The Effect of Nutrition
Nutrition is one of the most important subjects for you to know about because it can impact every area of your life. Think of all the ways good, or poor, nutrition can affect you:
- How you feel every day
- How you sleep
- How well you do your job
- Whether you get seldom get sick or catch everything
- How healthy your children will be
- What you look like (weight, shape, skin, hair)
- How you interact with others
Good Nutrition
These all depend on good nutrition to help you get the most out of your life. Once you understand how your body takes in food, breaks it down, and distributes it throughout your body, you will be able to make healthier food choices throughout your life.
You will also be better able to explain to your doctor any problems you may encounter and what to do to remedy them.
