Introduction
This unit will bring all of the work completed thus far in the class together in order to allow you to create a complete personal fitness plan.
This lesson will address cardiovascular endurance. You will develop your own plan for addressing your cardiovascular endurance needs.

Following successful completion of this lesson, students will be able to...
- Create a plan for personal cardiovascular endurance needs which addresses personal interests and personal goals.
- Perform a workout for 45 continuous minutes.
- Work out with activities such a warm-up and cool down activities.
- Participate in physical activity daily and use correct stretching techniques.

- What are proper fitness techniques?
- What specialized skills can we learn to help with lifelong fitness (walking, jogging, stretching, dancing, etc.)?
