Complete the following multi-part workout.

  • Make sure that you include a warm-up and cooldown with a total workout time of 45 minutes.
  • Complete the following practice fitness assessment activities on your own:
    • Warm-up: Complete a warm-up for 5 minutes.
    • Abdominal Strength/Endurance Test: partial curl-up
    • Choice: Complete 20 minutes of an aerobic activity of your choice
    • Cooldown: Complete a cooldown for 5 minutes.

You will complete this workout 2 times.
