Introduction

Did you know you are in one of your fastest growing and developmental stages right now?

That’s right. Only when you were an infant did you grow faster. That is why what you eat is so important.

If you put bad gasoline in a car, it will run, but not very efficiently. The same goes for us. If we do not eat the foods our bodies need, our body still develops, but not very efficiently.

This lesson helps you evaluate the foods you choose to see if you are getting the nutrients your body needs.
