What do you think is the most powerful factor that influences a person’s health?
Our health is determined by our genetics, environment, and general health habits. We cannot control our genetics, but we have the power to influence our health through the choices we make. The choices we make are determined by what we believe and value. If we value long-term health, we make decisions that keep us healthy.
To make healthy decisions, we have to gather accurate information about healthful choices from sources that are reliable. We also need to know how to make wise decisions, and how to set goals for long term health.
