Introduction
This Health course has the most interesting subject: you. Health education is all about you learning to take good care of you.
Health has many aspects. It is not just about not being sick or having a physically fit body. Your total health and wellness includes physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual health as well as the environment around you. Your knowledge and beliefs will have a lifelong impact on your health.
