Languedoc-Rousillon is often referred to as France’s sunbelt because it lays claim to roughly half of the sun-soaked, beach-lined Mediterranean coast.

In addition to typical water activities like swimming, sailing, and scuba diving, this region also offers less common pastimes like water jousting, kitesurfing, and sand yachting.
