Introduction

You have learned many vocabulary words throughout this course, such as family members, items of clothing, accessories, and school supplies. In this lesson, you will learn to use possessive adjectives to say which items belong to you and which items belong to others; for example - my mother, your coat, his watch, our rulers. Possessive adjectives are a very practical and helpful tool, and they can be used with any noun.
