Introduction
As a virtual student, each of you is given a unique opportunity along with a major responsibility. In addition to the freedom to work at your own pace, to work from home if you have access to the Internet, and to relax in the quiet setting of a lab comes a responsibility you may never have experienced. Your teacher will guide you through every lesson and attempt to keep you on pace; your facilitator will create a study environment and provide necessary materials such as computer and headset.
Nonetheless, you, the virtual student, must accept the challenge to motivate yourself, to work daily, to concentrate on the study material, and to take super notes in a notebook you designate for only French. No class day should go by that you do not
- study,
- work through the lesson tabs and take notes, and
- submit work for your French teacher to grade.
You, yourself, will determine your success in this course.
