Create a power point presentation after reading the information in the lesson about bullet basics and the rifling of a gun.  Be sure to use pictures in your PowerPoint. 6. Discuss how cartridge cases are linked to a specific gun-discuss examples of striated action marks and impressed action marks
7. Discuss rifling and why is it important for a gun to have
8. Discuss how the width of lands and grooves are used in firearms analysis
9. Discuss the basic processes used to form rifling in barrels of guns

 

Complete the CSI Experience: Firearms and Toolmarks. Select Case One: Rookie Training (Beginner). Select Firearms and Toolmarks. Be certain to do the training demos.
