- Start your letter - Start your letter with a professional tone. "Dear" or "To Whom It May Concern" are two of the most commonly used salutations.
- Your letter should:
- Single Space
- Left justified
- Use a plain, easy to read font. Ex. Arial or Times New Roman
- Avoid texting language and emojis. Ex. LOL!
- Acceptable Closings - Acceptable closings include: "Regards"; Kind Regards"; "Sincerely";
- Contact Information - Be sure to include the following contact information:
