Which of these slides is more appealing to the eye and is easier to understand?

Both of these slides share the same information, just formatted in a different way. Example Slide 1 with the bulleted phrases is more appropriate for a presentation. Remember, a presentation means that the information is being presented! Therefore, the presenter will fill in the information with spoken explanations. So, Example Slide 1 is a better option.
