Introduction
Your teacher wants you to create a letter for a community leader asking for permission to host a benefit ballgame. You will need 20 copies of this letter, each with a different name. What is the most efficient way to complete this request? Do you write this letter 20 times with a different name each one? Or would you choose to type this letter and print a copy for each of the 20 recipients with their names at the top. If you choose to type your letter, then you will be using a word processing program to complete the task.
