Making an Animoto Video

1. Go to Animoto Sign Up.
2. Complete the sign up form, using your D2L email (D2Lusername@access.desire2learn.com) and password.
3. In the "What Can We Help You Make Videos For?" section select Education.
4. Select Start Trial.
5. Select Create in the Slideshow Video section
6. Select a background style.
7. Click Create Video.
8. Select Start to walk through the Animoto tour to learn how to put your video together.
9. After you have finished your tour, select Create to start making your video.
   • Be certain that your video includes the required text and images.
   • Do not use your own pictures from Facebook or other social media sites in the course.
   • If you want to use a picture from the web, you will need to download it first in order to upload it to Animoto.
10. Once you have finished your video, press Preview Video to watch it.
11. If you are happy with your video, click Produce. If not, continue editing and produce later.
12. On the Produce page, add a title, date, click Finish.
13. In the Share section select Link.
14. Select Copy to Clipboard.
15. Paste your link in a Word document to submit to your teacher.
