Introduction

In the previous lesson we learned about the function and overall structure of the immune/lymphatic system.  In this lesson, we will discuss the lymphatic structures of the immune/lymphatic system.

  • Identify the organs and structures of the immune/lymphatic system.
  • Identify the functions of the immune/lymphatic system structures.

Enduring Understandings

  • The immune/lymphatic system is composed of lymphatic organs and white blood cells that work together to fight pathogenic organisms.
