Dear AP Teacher,

Registration is now open for the 2018-19 AP® Mentoring program. This research-based professional development program connects you with an experienced teacher who can provide personalized feedback to help you hone your practice and set goals. Choose from two programs:

AP Mentoring Full-Year, aimed at providing support and connection throughout your school year, offers 10 sessions between August 2018 and July 2019.

AP Mentoring Spring Support, aimed at providing support and connection in the months before the AP Exam, offers four sessions between January and May 2019.

Here's How AP Mentoring Works

Create a profile in our online platform.

Browse mentors and mentoring groups, selecting a group that fits your needs.

Begin meeting with your group. These hour-long sessions take place monthly via video chat, with short assignments or reflections in between. Total time commitment is no more than two hours per month.

Through AP Mentoring you'll collaborate with your peers, brainstorm ideas that can be tested out in your classroom right away, and supplement skills you may have learned in an APSI or one-day workshop.

For the full-year program, you can earn 2.0 CEUs for participation.

Sincerely,

Advanced Placement Program
